My Pilates Journey

My Pilates journey started many years ago - after suffering from chronic back pain. After going to many classes I decided to train to become a Body Control Pilates mat teacher in London and have since added other qualifications to broaden my knowledge and add to my class repertoire.

Classes & Workshops

Online and In Person 

Classes are mixed level and we often use various props to help with some of the exercises or make them a little more challenging.
