My Pilates journey started many years ago - after suffering from chronic back pain for years a specialist recommended that I take up Pilates. He told me I needed to strengthen my core to help me manage the injury, increase my flexibility and range of movement, and alleviate my pain.

I noticed a big difference after only a few sessions and since practicing Pilates regularly I have been able to resume my active lifestyle. I have also found the focus and concentration of the lessons very relaxing and soothing, leading to stress relief and inner calm.

In fact, I enjoyed practicing Pilates so much that I wanted to learn more about it and decided to become a teacher, to help others and pass on the benefits I had found.



Over the last few years I continued to add to my overall  wellbeing understanding since I am personally interested and also always keen to pass on my knowledge.

Many clients have mentioned that Pilates has given them back the strength and flexibility they need for everyday challenges, and it helps them to relax after a stressful day.

After teaching for many years in person, which I still very much enjoy, my classes have also moved online.

I have been taking part in the online classes for 3 years now. I feel well looked after. The exercises are at the right level for me - they challenge me and I feel relaxed afterwards. 
My body awareness has definitely improved and I always look forward to the next lesson.
