Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Allow yourself to relax through Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) developed by Professor Edmund Jacobson.
The method works by active tensing of specific muscle groups and then releasing the tension in the muscle beyond its normal state.
During the session we also concentrate on regulating our breathing patterns, and together these techniques will help to slowly release tension held in the body, as well as helping to achieve a calm and relaxed state of mind.
